A trip down to the quay.

Yesterday, two of my housemates, barney and I took a trip down to Exeter quay in the glorious sunshine.
Here are a few pics to show you what we got up to, if i can get it to work!!

This was on the way down the high street. I thought it was fun!
This one is actually at the quay, a nice view of St Leonard's spire.

Here are two of my beautiful housemates who have just finished a coffee and chocolate fudge cake.

Here's the remains of my yummy chocolate fudge cake. As you can see, a well scraped bowl as it was delisc!!!

And here are some pretty flowers which were on the table. I seem to have a love of pictures of pretty flowers at the moment so I hope you enjoy. After fudge cake (or coffee for the vegans amongst us!!) we headed back home happy and full of yummyness!!!

Almost the end of my birthday.

It's been a brilliant day and I promise to blog more about it very soon, maybe even with a few pictures, though i didn't take many.
More soon, I promise.
Thanks to all who made it such a fun day!!!

Wom : A life

Our story starts with Wom. He is a wombat.

It was Wom's first day of school
Mummy Wom: It is almost time for school, have you done your teeth?
Wom: Yes mummyThe term flew by and as December approached the weather got colder and colder so Mummy Wom bought Wom a really well knitted, warm scarf.
Wom made loads of friends at school and he invited them round for Christmas. He had a yummy Christmas dinner cooked by Mummy Wom and enjoyed opening all his presents. He especially like his chocolate reindeer. The new year brought chilling winds and heavy rain.Poor Wom caught a cold.
Wom decided to join the technical age and bought himself a mobile phone. Now he can talk to his friends.
The years flew by and now it was time for Wom to go to university. He wanted to study maths because it was the best subject and he really enjoyed it.He took his exams and all he could do was wait for results day.
Results day finally came and he was very please with his first class honours degree. The whole Wom family came to see him at his graduation.
The End

The wonders of Facebook and a birthday.

Its my birthday quite soon so i decided i wanted to invite lots of people to something via facebook. But then came the problem, i dont really know how to use facebook!! Anyway i finally managed to set up a group and then realised that what i had actually wanted was an event, but never mind.
Hopefully my friends will understand and lots of people will want to come along. I am lazy and bad at seeing people so i thought facebook was an easier way to invite people.
Anyway enough waffling.
Have a nice day (or week knowing me!)
